Re: "You Don't Have Access"error in EA app & games stuck on Preparing in downloading

Stuck on preparing as well when I try to stop it it's stuck on canceling.

Hey @624p6gdcdi7o can you ensure that any security software on your system isn't blocking the EA app or the game installs.

I only have windows defender security I turned it off but it didn't make any difference still same issue. 

Check your firewall also @624p6gdcdi7o to ensure that is not blocking anything.

Turned of all the firewalls but still same issue is persisting.

If the issue continues please make a new Windows Admin account and try there.

@Ho3n3r  Thanks for the advice but I'm unable to launch game from app because app considers game as not installed when I try to download game it's stuck in preparing although game is installed already.

@EA_Darko  Followed all the instructions got this message Windows Resource protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them. Also created new user still same issue. ☹️

Can you do an updated DxDiag @624p6gdcdi7o?
