Region not displayed in EA App , Paypal not dispalyed in payment method

Dear Team, I was about to buy NFS 2016 But i coudnt find Paypal option in the payment Method Kindly find solution for the issue so that i can buy the game I faced onemore issue i coudnt select...

Sir i know the payment methods
But Only Credit Card Option is being displayed in the payment
Kindly give solution for this from your side
