My Sims 4 game still wont launch without crashing.

I have windows 10 and am only trying to run the base game at this point (no expansions, add-ons, or mods). I do not get any error messages or anything, it just starts to launch and gets to the SIMS4 logo and the cursor changes style and then it just closes.
I have done the following:
-Uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
-Updated all required drivers
-Moved the Sims 4 folder tot he desktop and deleted it from the original save location.
-I did game repair and app recovery within the EA app.
-I deleted the game and the EA app, removed all associated files, and reinstalled everything.
-Tried redownloading onto my D drive instead of my C drive.
-Made a new desktop user
-Did a clean boot
-Double checked my system requirements met the recommended settings
-Disabled my anti-virus and firewall before reinstall and launch
-I delete my OneDrive off my PC
-Double checked my properties and compatibility setting on the folder and launch file.
-Made sure I didn't have MSI Afterburner (suggested issue)
-Deleting EA app, reinstalling Origin app and launching through there (lead to a prompt to redownload the EA app)
-Downloading and running through STEAM (which then just ported through EA anyway)
-Tried to Launch/Run as administrator
-And I contacted Tech support twice, to no avail.
So, at this point I own a game that is useless to me on every service and platform it is available on. I've always played the Sims 4 on this same computer (took a break from the game for a year), and didn't have any issues until I was forced to move to the EA app. Hoping the issue is something dumb and obvious that I overlooked, but really not super optimistic at this point.
