RESOURCE DOWNLOAD ERROR

I am experiencing a repetitive Resource Download Error [0x000003E8]. This is not a local connection issue. I have already cleared the in-game cache and have sufficient storage. This occurred specifically during a competitive win streak and is now affecting my account sync.

There should be a compensation system because of this issue. Just because I have “failed” a handshake with EA servers does not mean the game can just desert me and require me to keep on playing more matches. 

Just as tieing 4 times in a row isn’t stressful enough, on the 5th game EA decided that I cannot be tieing and made me lose.

My ping has consistently been below 20ms, and mentioned above, I have already cleared the in-game cache and have sufficient storage.
