Server Error 500 on the PC Client APP
When on the home section of the PC Client app of EA, I get this Error 500 (Screenshot attached.)
I have tried several of the suggested solutions to this which other topics have suggested. But they are not working:
- Clearing the cache of the EA app.
- Running the app .exe as administrator from the C/ drive in Program files.
- Setting the DNS to automatic.
- using task manager to stop background tasks from EA app and restarting.
I saw that this was an issue in 2023, and a memeber of EA said it was resolved, but I have been reading through several of the topics here to find a solution.
It's 20th Noc 2024 and it stiill trows up this Server error 500
Also, I think this might have somthing to do with why I get error message when I try to play games also.
Does anyone have a working solution please?
