Server outages while trying to purchase

Hi, so I´ve wanted to purchase some adds to my game and while "choosing the payment method" the "Server outages" pop-up on my screen - that happend several times. I´ve tried restarting the app also the App recovery, but nothing helped. When I look up the server outages on the website, all seems fine.
