I bought sims 3 pets, it saying 'you own this item' but not letting me download it! Was in a chat with an advisor but got disconnected
It says 'Preparing" and then says there was a problem, right?
It's not even saying that, it's not coming up with anything 😔
I have the same problem, the download button doesn't exist even though it says I own the pack. But for me it is the University Life pack
