@nynaeve77 @zombiexlollipop @amusicalbanana and anyone else reading, this is a known issue with no reliable fix. You can try reinstalling Origin, which itself doesn't work, but sometimes it will download your missing packs in the background even as it prompts you to move to the EA App. I believe this download link still works:

Other than that, I don't have anything to offer, unfortunately. But you can keep an eye on this thread for updates.

How did you get it to work? I downloaded origin, installed it, and let it install all my expansions - still giving me the endless prepare and downloading in EA play :/ wish this problem would get fixed...
@Bruines_Gonzalez Try clearing the EA App's cache:

Then see whether your packs show up in the launcher and in-game.
