yeah I'm only having this issue with Into The Future
I have no clue if it's related or not, but I also have corrupted and duplicate content in the Sims 3 storefront and my owned worlds haven't transferred into the EA app (don't know if that's a thing or not, mind you.)
I haven't bothered talking to support.
