HEY THERE,
I literally had the same issue just now literally a few days after you posted this 02/17.
I had the same run around with EA support with the links to clear the cache, run as an administrator etc.
I found a work around by installing Origin and downloading the game that way!

Thank you the problem is still happen I wish they would fix it guess its the EA App that's the problem but I'll try origin.
