Summarize your bug When I try to download The Sims 3 I can download everything except The Sim 3 Into the Future, Island Paradise, University, and Movie Stuff Pack.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to install The Sims 3 with all expansion, game, and stuff packs on EA App.
What happens when the bug occurs? Three of the expansion and one stuff packs can't be downloaded.
What do you expect to see? I would expect to see all the add-ons being automatically installed with the base game with no issues.
Trying to install The Sims 3 on EA App and facing issues.
When I try to download The Sims 3 I can download everything except The Sim 3 Into the Future, Island Paradise, University, and Movie Stuff Pack. All the other add-ons are automatically installed with the base game, but those four are separated, and when it's time to download them the app just doesn't. They stay "processing" but never start the download. I tried to clean the cache, uninstall and reinstall de app and the game, and restart my computer and nothing works.
