Summarize your bug Expansion pack won't download, getting error "There's a problem with your download. Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again". Games I am having issues with is Showtime, Into the Future, Island Paradise, Pets, University Life
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try downloading either of the games
What happens when the bug occurs? I hit download, it says preparing for like 5-10 minutes then I get the error message listed above
What do you expect to see? Download complete
I've already tried clearing cache and that did not help. Issue has been occurring since yesterday

I've been having the same trouble. You can use this to downoad the expansion pack with Origin and it will show up on the EA App
