DICE TeamI am too having this problem and everything i try to fix it wont work and i would like to use the expansions i actually payed for :/
I am having this problem too. Nothing had worked yet. Ea Help is basically not helping me and I am left with money spend on DLCs to the Sims 3 and only the base game thats actually had downloaded. There is an error and the downloadning any of the DLCs is broken.
I'm also having this issue.
The base game is installed but the rest of the DLC wont. It brings up this every time

Im having the same exact issue. I have most of the expansions but i cant download a SINGLE one. SUper frustrating since ive spent probably over a thousand dollars on sims games in total and now i cant even play either of them, sims 4 is having the same issue for me as well.

I just did a help chat with EA and they said it's a known issue, obvs since so many people are on this thread lol, and to keep an eye on their official twitter for updates. I'm not on twitter because I don't like the taste of elon's boots but the person on the other end of my chat didn't have an answer on what to do if I don't have access to twitter. A little annoying since I regularly give them money.
If someone sees this and knows that the bug is fixed could you please reply me? Thank you!
I always spend time playing Sims 3 on weekends, but I can only play the original game for two weeks now I've spent a lot of money on expansion packs, but expansion packs don't download at all, and there are only unknown errors, and this has been happening for more than two weeks now This is a very stressful job

- @EA_Atic Yes. alot of us are still not able to play our games..hense the now ever growing thread as well of other peoples same issues. Do you have an update for us please?
Many people still have the same problem! When anything will be done to solve it or EA will continue to sell content unable to be used?
Hey, @EA_Atic this problem was reported in September and it's now November. When will this be sorted? If it's not going to be fixed I'd like my money back for expansions I bought not knowing this was a problem.
