I am too having this problem and everything i try to fix it wont work and i would like to use the expansions i actually payed for :/

I am having this problem too. Nothing had worked yet. Ea Help is basically not helping me and I am left with money spend on DLCs to the Sims 3 and only the base game thats actually had downloaded. There is an error and the downloadning any of the DLCs is broken.
