Sims 3 Expansions Not Downloading

What happens when the bug occurs? The button turns grey, you can't click it anymore. The app is fine and you can exit the screen, but when you try to download it again it happens again
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to download

My sims 3 add ons can't install

On Origin they worked fine, but since they changed it to EA my add ons won't install.

I have 3 add ons: sims 3 university, fast lane stuff, high end loft stuff

When I click download, the button turns grey instead of installing the game.

I got a new pc on 28.10.22. I installed sims 3 and 4 base game fine, but I can not install the add ons.

I have been trying a lot of times in the last 6 days. I reinstalled the EA app 5 times. I have done everything I could think of
