Ive been trying to play The Sims 4 since yesterday, I've tried everything I could find online to try to find a solution. I've tried repairing my game, clearing the EA Cache, running the EA app as administrator. I tried deleting and reinstalling both the sims and the EA app as well as restarting my computer multiple times. I tried to install the sims through steam instead of the EA app and while the Sims opens, none of my packs purchased through the EA app are registering as being owned/installed. It's getting to the point where I no longer want to play the game because I'm just so frustrated by all of this.
