sims 4 and EA Play issues
I have two issues: i downloaded EA play and it said that every game i have on origin will move over so i downloaded origin and it brought over all my games except sims 4 that i have to purchase again...
I'm a bit confused. You say you downloaded EA play and then Origin. But EA play is a subscription service in Origin where depending on if you chose a Pro subscription or not will have access to some of EA's games. When you open Origin you will have access to EA Play on the left. If you click it you can select from your subscription what to play including the Sims 4 with some of the packs. You can also choose the FAQ to learn more about EA Play.
Just to make sure you were not talking about EA desktop?
Sorry i worded it wrong. I had origin, ive had it for about 4 years on this laptop. I installed EA Play because people told me it was easier to play sims on and it was faster
But yes i did also download the EA PLAY App on to my computer so the desk top verison
Like I wrote earlier EA Play is a subscription. It however appears that you mean that you downloaded the EA desktop App (no EA Play App exist). EA Desktop are in beta and do not work very well with The Sims 4 and it certainly gives no speed benefit. I recommend that you until EA desktop finally is out of beta stay with Origin. If you have a problem with Origin and the Sims 4 feel free to ask with as much detail as possible.
