Sims 4 bundle packs not downloading on ea play desktop after buying

@emzhuntx Hello!  I don't use EA play or the game pass, so I did a bit of research.  It seems you are not alone.  

Based on what I saw, the top answer is to download a free game (some players reported canceling the download) then see if you can download the packs.  This was the accepted solution by @slawkier1  in this thread.  If that works, please consider giving them some XP.

Number 1:
Quit the EA desktop and try to download the game from the xbox app

Number 2:
(Worked for me) Simply sign out of your ea desktop, wait a few minutes then sign back in

Number 3: 
(Haven't tested it) Redownload both apps

Number 4:
Contact support, best thing to do, they should know more solutions than we do (hopefully).
