sims 4 deluxe doesn't work with Mac
I bought sims 4 deluxe but when it downloaded appears a message that said that doesn't work with Mac, so I lose my money. What can a I do? can EA return my money ?

The Sims 4 absolutely works on Macs. The base game is also free so I'm not sure why you would have bought it. Moved your thread to the EA App forum where you will find numerous posts from Mac users who get various issues trying to install the game on their Mac, usually when trying to install Windows versions from Steam or similar.
