I'm playing on ios Mac book. I'm havig trouble being able to download My Jungle adventure and The sims 4 Fashion Street kit. The pack and kit refuses to aknowledge my macd book even though I own the pack and says that it can only be downloaded on window. Before switching over to EA app my pack and kit were downloading fine. I hope that this issue will be resolve soon as it is very inconvient for me having own the pack and not being able to use what I own.
