@juleshope Please clear the EA App's cache and restart your computer.

If that doesn't help, use Piriform's CCleaner (the free version is fine) to remove all traces of Sims 4 except for the user folder , the one in Documents > Electronic Arts. This folder contains your saves and other user data. The rest can be deleted; the App will download everything else again.
