At first, I had an issue updating my game. The app wasn't able to upload games. I had several issues within the game too, so I wanted to delete the whole thing and download everything again. I tried clearing caches, but it didn't work because I can't see the help button in the app. The whole right panel is unavailable. I deleted the EA app and downloaded it again. It still doesn't download my game. I checked the full disk access too. What should I do next?
