Sims 4 download stuck at 99% on EA App

Sims 4 will not finish downloading on EA app. The download has been stuck at 99% for 12+ hours. Cannot cancel download.  I have cleared the cache several times.

Did you ever find a fix my game is having a similar issue.

I am on the latest mac os (14.6.1) and having the same issue. I have tried:

  • clearing the EA app cache through the EA app
  • clearing the EA app cache manually
  • restarting my computer
  • restarting the EA app

So far with no success
