Sims 4 EA 2024 APP Crash

Sims 4 with add ons Help. I have purchased an external storage device. Figured out how to ensure through the EA App that it’s got enough room. I’m on a macOS Catalina Version 10.16.

Uninstalled, send many reports, clear cache so everything I can do and I still can’t play. So sad.
