Sims 4 expansion pack wont download

I just recently bought an expansion pack after getting a new computer and my pack refuses to download. I just spent $40, and the EA app will not download my expansion pack. Is there a way I can get it to download or get a refund?

    Hey @Antquinic , what error are you getting exactly when you try to download the pack? Have you tried clearing the EA app's cache to see if it helps?

    You can clear the EA app cache by clicking the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app > Help > App recovery > Clear cache.
