Community ManagerHey @Antquinic , what error are you getting exactly when you try to download the pack? Have you tried clearing the EA app's cache to see if it helps?
You can clear the EA app cache by clicking the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app > Help > App recovery > Clear cache.
