Sims 4 high school years not downloading
My Ea App shows that I have sims 4 high school years as an add on in my collection, but when I try to download it shows that my download has an error and I don't know why it's doing that.

@kamyadabest123 Please use Origin instead, at least to download the pack. Then you can go back to using the EA App.
If you get an error when opening Origin, open the Task Manager and kill the EABackgroundService.exe, or just restart your computer.
Edit: @ashf1989 I've merged your post with another thread on the same issue; the same applies to you.
@puzzlezaddict I went into my origin and it basically says I didn't buy it, but in the EA app it shows that it's in my collection ready for download.
