Sims 4 high school years not downloading
My Ea App shows that I have sims 4 high school years as an add on in my collection, but when I try to download it shows that my download has an error and I don't know why it's doing that.

Hi! ALmsot four months since release and this problem still isn't solved. It's quite honestly depressing!! Can't imagine what kind of bug could be so elusive the entire DLC is unavailable to some players. I hope there is a solution soon, but it's looking like EA is willing to just sweep this one under the rock and pretend it didn't happen.
I cant download it. It just pops up a error saying that it cant download to that place on my computer and that i should check if it is available or find a new rout for it or something. I dont know how i could do that in any case. I was so excited to be playing it this Christmas. can anyone help me with this problem?
