Sims 4 kits not installing after purchase

Hi! Hoping somewone here can help because I'm getting nowhere with customer support.  A couple of weeks I purchased Grunge Revival kit which downloaded and installed fine.  I then proceded the same...

Hi, 

One of them is showing as completed and then refunded. The second transaction is still showing as "processing" since tthe 17th of October. 

How do I go about getting this resolved?
