Sims 4 leaving EA Pro

Someone please help! I have bought almost all of the expansion packs, game packs, and stuff packs. About a week ago, it was saying something like "this game is leaving soon", and i had reached out to the community because I was worried my Family would be missing (which it is....) I am also an EA Pro Play member and now its saying "upgrade your account for no extra charge", and its not letting me do that. There's an error message. So now not only am I missing my family that i've been playing for the past 6 months, I'm also missing some of my expansion packs & all that stuff.... ☹️ I'm just annoyed. Has this happened to anyone else?!?! Or know what the heck I can do to resolve this?

@linziixx I to am an EA pro member and some how in the conversion my base game became a combo with Dine Out. Recently I get the message that Sims 4 plus Dine Out is leaving (huh). So I checked and the base game was still there but Dine Out was gone. Dine Out pack did not show in my purchase history so I just bought it. I had the problem with Sims 3 that Barnacle Bay would disappear some times. The last time I just bought it again and now I have 2 Barnacle Bays in my purchase history and haven't had the problem since. I have so much abandon ware. I have a tape cartridge that's marked Doom updates when John Carmack was working on Doom. I have an eight inch floppy disk with Cranston Manor (the text version) for the CP/M operating system (I should frame that). The Sims 4 base game is right now free to download and play. If any other packs are missing you could contact EA customer service and if those packs are in your purchase history they should help you recover those. Game Pro games may come and go  When you obtain a game through a package like EA game app you do not own the license. You only get to play the game while EA has the game in their package. When (if) you restore your game library to it's former state (by purchase and/or EA customer support) your family should still be playable through your save games.  hth
