Sims 4 limited edition life of the party items were removed [2022-2023]

I bought the sims 4 limited edition in 2017 from gamestop. I had all my content up until 2022-2023 (I don't play all the time and didn't really pay that much attention to the "removed items" that kept popping up. once I updated my origin to the EA app it removed my limited edition game completely, it shows I only own a standard edition and all my "Life of the party" content is gone. all my DLCs are downloaded and everything is up to date so why did I lose content I paid for?

    Hey there @BabyGirl5344,

    Can you check the EA app again now please and let me know if you're still not able to access your Limited Edition content under the Add-Ons section of your game library?

    Can you check the EA app again now please and let me know if you're still not able to access your Limited Edition content under the Add-Ons section of your game library?

    Hi @Its_lozzatho , have you tried following EA_Solaire's instructions above to see if you can download this content separately?

    Yes I have tried  the EA solaires instructions   still having no luck.  I got it in 2021 and then cancelled  it but I have the xbox pass now and linked it all   so should I have it again ?
