Sims 4 missing pack

Did you just recently move over from Origin to the EA app? Did you originally purchase Get to Work directly from Origin? 

I"m having a similar problem. I bought expansion packs and stuff packs. Today I get a fatal error message, to reload the fame. I do so and it says I need 8 expansion packs to play my saved game. I already own those packs. Last week I updated to the EA App from Origin. Since then my packs are missing. I checked my library and only the base game is there. All my other stuff is missing although it tells me at the loading screen that I do in fact own them. Does anyone have a solution for this? It is so annoying.

Otherwise, please run searches for two or three of your missing packs.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner.  This is the full list of packs:

For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 .  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.  Then repeat for one or two more packs.

Thanks so much for the advice! I was able to find where my missing packs and stuff were located. I kept looking around clicking everything and saw at some point it said my Get To Work pack was already owned. So I thought ok so you know I own it. Finally went back to my library and now on the bottom it says all my add on’s etc are in the base game’s Game Hub. I looked there and sure enough, they are all listed as installed. Now when I run my game all the content is loading in the game. Don’t know what happened but so glad it’s back and working. 😁

I'm missing get to work. ☹️

@6fvlbcn4thrz  Get to Work looks like it's installed properly.  Did you ever have an EA Play subscription, either standalone or through another service like XBox GamePass?  If so, is that subscription still active?  And did you buy a standalone copy of GtW too, or did you only receive it as part of EA Play?

Had you fully purchased Get to Work or were you accessing that pack through a previous EA Play membership that's no longer active?

Please look over the order history on your EA account to verify how you were accessing this pack.
