Sims 4 not downloading
My Sims 4 game isn't downloading for me. I have tried everything that the ea games ppl have. I don't know what to do. Help

Are you trying to update the game, or is this a full download of The Sims 4?
Please try the following steps and see if they help:
- Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
- Repair The Sims 4
- Clean boot your PC: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
