Sims 4 Redeem code won't let me download pack

Summarize your bug Every time I purchase a pack I put in the redeem code and the it says its already redeemed but its the first time putting the code in so now I can't download the pack I bought.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? Absolutely nothing
What do you expect to see? For the icon to let me download my pack.
I bought the pack (all my packs) from Instant Gaming. It worked in the beginning but now every time I do it it never shows up. It does sometimes but now its not today.

If your purchased code is showing as already redeemed when you're trying to register that to your account, you'll need to reach out to the retailer you bought it from (Instant Gaming in this case) for a refund or replacement on this code.
