(Windows) Hello! Ive tried to download The Sims 4 for few days now. I havent played the game since the app got changed from origin to the EA app.
When i try to download the game it gets stuck on "prepearing" for eternity
I already tried running it as an administrator
Uninstalling and reinstalling normally AND with a revo uninstaller
Clearing cache
restarting the pc, restarting the app
The antivirus i have is windows defender
theres no errors popping up
i tried to download origin but its only available for Mac users (what a shame)
I am able to download every other game i have on the EA app except for The Sims 4
I dont have any problems downloading The Sims 4 on steam but i have way to many expansion packs to just give them up, because i payed lots of money for them
PLEASE HELP!
