I recently bought the Sims 4 Stuff Pack "Home Chef Hustle" and the EA App gets stuck on the "preparing" phase of the download, after several hours it will say the download has failed.
What I've tried so far
- Reinstalling the EA App.
- Going through the App Recovery Flow on the EA App.
- Repairing the installation for the Sims 4 and all the extra content.
- Installing other content from the EA App (this works fine)
When I load the Sims 4 it acknowledges that I've purchased the stuff pack but none of the content from it is there.
