SIMS 4 downloads are still being prepared from the EA app. I can't download any of the other expansion packs, game packs, item packs, kit packs, etc. I bought. I've tried deleting cache, running with administrator permissions, moving EA GAMES folders, rebooting, reinstalling EA apps, and even formatting my computer, but I'm still preparing to download it. My SIMS 4 game and some expansion packs were bought on Steam. Is this the cause of the problem?
It's very frustrating because I can't play games.
