I needed to update my sims 4 and I am always keeping up to date with the updates but this recent one is taking hours I’ve reset the app, cleared the cache, made sure I was online and checked my internet but the download time keeps going up and down between 9 hours to 78 hours?? I have plenty of disc space and my internet is completely fine at the moment so I’m not understanding what the issue is.
The update keeps starting and then jumping to different percentages before an error appears. I have cleared my cache and restarted my computer and the ea app multiple times but it still won't work. I also just waited a day to see if it would fix itself but it has not.
Mine has updated but receive an error message when i try to play, sick of problems with a game that is TBH old

What specific error message are you seeing when this happens, can you attach a screenshot to your post please?

I had the same problem my sims 4 kept saying 2 too 6 hours
it had taken me 6 hours to download and still am having problems with downloading the packs.
it keeps saying my 2MB to 000 per second.
I keep closing, restarting and clearing and everything please help, I don't want to wait another 6 hours for the pack?
