Sims 4 console Glitch

I’ve been having a glitch with the game since the most recent update on Sims 4. I spend a lot of time taking pics and painting photos for family generations and my pictures and paintings are now going blank.. I’ve tried to download a room with the pics in it to the gallery and they still are blank when I place the room, I’ve tried to just save instead and save and exit and that doesn’t help or work, my last resort was to uninstall sims and my packs then re download and it’s still not fixing the glitch. I’m out of options and now just hoping you can fix this console glitch sooner rather than later as I know many people spend a lot of time making generational photos on their games as well.
