Sims 4 won’t install on the Ea app

Hi I wanted to report a issue I’m having with trying to Reinstall the Sims 4 game it won’t let me install the game on the Ea app it’s says I don’t have Microsoft visual c++ redistributable but I do indeed have it installed but it seems like it’s acting like I don’t have it installed and sends me to the installation page for it but won’t finish it throws an error message. I’ve tried everything from uninstalling the app clearing cache the works and nothing seems to be happening I’m on windows 11 on pc I just want to play the game please fix this.
