sims 4 won't launch

EA won't launch my sims 4 game at all. The sims icon pops up at the bottom but then closes and the EA app comes back up. Ive tried everything to fix it. Ive deleted the app and reinstalled it, still doesn't work. I uninstalled my sims 4 and downloaded them all again and still doesn't work. I've cleared my cache, I restarted my Mac and it still doesn't work. All I want is to access my games I've paid a lot of money for and I can't.

Having the same stupid issue. Nothing works. Reinstalled/Installed, Deleted and Re-Added, App Recovery, Running App As Administrator, Verifying/Repairing the game, and nothing works. It’s absolutely ridiculous that we pay EA money for these games and they are so inconsistent in running them.
