Sims Cats and Dogs shows up as unpurchased
The same thing has happened to me and the support has not been able to help. Did you find a way to resolve this?

Hi @Shanz0313,
I've split your post off into it's own thread- did you originally purchase Cats & Dogs directly through Origin/the EA app? Did you ever request a refund or partial refund on this purchase at any point?
I purchased it directly through Origin when it came out in 2017. No, did not request a refund. It has been working fine and still wokrs on the PC that it has always been loaded on. However, I cannot donwload it on a new PC/laptop as it says I don't own it. But when I am on Sims and go to 'my packs' it shows I own it.
