i've had the Sims for over 3 years now, but only recently it has been deleting the game from my EA app by itself. I've tried restarting my PC, redownloading EA, checking my origin account, nothings working. Every time i try to redownload the sims after, it says it's loaded up to 100% in seconds and just doesn't download.
Ilikecoconutz Are you saying the game is uninstalling itself from your computer, as in, the files are gone? Or are the files present but the EA App doesn't recognize them? Or does the EA App think you don't own the game?
You can see the install location under Sims 4 > Manage > View properties after the game has been installed, even if it only stays installed briefly. You should also see the location where the App is going to try to install the game once you click the Download button, when you get a pop-up about DLC and language. Open that location and see whether the Sims 4 folder is present, and if so, what's inside. Please also list the location for me here.
