  • Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch. It sounds like your content isn’t appearing after resetting your password. Let's check through a few things:

    • Check your Order History in your account settings. If your purchases appear there, that's great! They are linked to the account you're logged into, and may just need a quick refresh to show up properly
    • Clear the app cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause your purchases not to display correctly. Here's how to clear it:
      • Open the EA app.
      • Click the three horizontal lines in the top left to open the menu.
      • Go to Help > App Recovery and select Clear Cache.
    • Fully log out and then back in. A full sign-out refreshes your account session. Simply closing the app isn't enough; make sure you fully exit the app (closing it through your task manager) before reopening and signing in again.

If you don't see your purchases in the order history,

    • Confirm you're using the correct email address.  When you buy something through the EA app, you’ll get a confirmation email sent to the address linked to your EA account. Take a moment to search your inbox for these emails..

It’s a handy way to check that you’re logging into the right account.

    Hi 30405050b29f8598,

It's been a while, and we're hoping that means the advice I shared about checking helped your games appear again in the EA app. 🙂 We're going to wrap up this discussion as a result, but if there's anything else you'd like to share or ask, please don't hesitate to start a new thread or jump into an active one, and we'll do our best to help with recommendations.
