Since Origin Replace to EA app not one game playable

Hi

Since the replace from Origin to the EA App all my games are no playable. I had them all installed in a different Hard drive (Samsung T5). By trying to play for example Battlefield 5 after the EA app install there was a messsage that It belongend to anther User, I uninstalled all games emptied all files including the EA App and reinstalled now I can't even download them, it says ,,There's a problem with your download - Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again',, then nothing happens

As far as I know it is a general issue, I've been trying so solve it by googleing and searching on answers.ea  now i'm done with my Latin. I can't play any games no more , its frustrating, is this the end of my long Gaming history? It has been so frustrating lately with EA, sorry for being honest, but this needs to be addressed and resolved, it is so energy taking, paying monthly and gets more faulty after another.
