@EA_Leeuw, I'm not seeing that message. Don't think I ever have. The game is just gone from my library, despite having installed it a few times over the years via Origin/EA App. Can you have EA re-add the game to peoples' game libraries if they owned and played the game prior to the store de-listing?
EDIT Nov 28th, 2024: BC2 got re-added to my library within the past few days! I had done a "Help > EA Error Reporter" (or was it a help.ea.com ticket?) in parallel with my post here. I don't know which one (the forum post, or the ticket) fixed the issue, but I'm presuming the ticket. I never got an email or anything saying my Library got fixed, and it's hard to find out ticket statuses, so it is what it is. Glad it could get resolved, though
EDIT 2: Found the past ticket. That's what resolved the issue. At the very bottom of EA's website is "Help Center". Then you go to "Manage account > My Cases" -> https://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/. The status of my ticket is "Closed" as of a handful of days ago. They gave no info, no comments on the ticket. All of my tickets are that way, actually. A simple, "We fixed the issue. Thanks for reporting!" would be nice -- as well as an alert to my email or my EA message center if we have one -- but oh well
