something went wrong error..

Hey Is anyone able to help me! for the past 2 weeks Im not able to download Sims 4 without it saying "something went wrong... error", I dont know what to do tbh.

I have restarted and un/reinstalled my game, my computer, and the EA app, all for nothing to work.

I have cleared the apps cache several times. I have tried to repair the game and update it, but it won't go pass 51% (during repair) and 3% (during updating) without shooting me an error "Something is wrong, there is an error" but it does not tell me the error code. I do not have the Enchantment pack.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
