Summarize your bug The app is unable to properly update or launch or install the game Star Wars Jedi Survivor
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try updating the game with patch 5.
What happens when the bug occurs? The app is stuck in some of the situations: 1. the game is in status 'wrapping up / finalizing and stuck at 67% 2. even if I reinstall the game, it behaves exactly the same 3. even if I relog / restart the app / restart the PC, it behaves exactly the same
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to be updated properly and for me to be able to PLAY IT. I am paying for time with EA Play / PRO and now I am unable to spend time playing because your app doesn't work!
The app is stuck in some of the situations:

Don't bother, I uninstalled the game and won't buy any more of that EA pro.
