Summarize your bug The app is unable to properly update or launch or install the game Star Wars Jedi Survivor
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try updating the game with patch 5.
What happens when the bug occurs? The app is stuck in some of the situations: 1. the game is in status 'wrapping up / finalizing and stuck at 67% 2. even if I reinstall the game, it behaves exactly the same 3. even if I relog / restart the app / restart the PC, it behaves exactly the same
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to be updated properly and for me to be able to PLAY IT. I am paying for time with EA Play / PRO and now I am unable to spend time playing because your app doesn't work!

The app is stuck in some of the situations:

3. even if I relog / restart the app / restart the PC, it behaves exactly the same

    No response, no help, no nothing...

    Don't bother, I uninstalled the game and won't buy any more of that EA pro.

    hi

    i don know if to late i has  the same problem on medal of honor

    click on task manager and end task on all EA app

    in search bar type MoHUpdater

    in MoHUpdater click right and run as administrator

    let to update and that's it
