    I did manage to get it running after uninstalling an App I was using called Smart App that tracks my data and gives me rewards every couple of months. Not sure if that was the issue but the EA desktop and my Steam are now working correctly lol.

@Frozenhorde I have the same problem too. I'm trying to play FIFA 21 from XBox Game Pass, but EA does not let me sign in.
