Stack and Save discount not applying

so for the past two days I’ve been asking EA help with this pricing issue and been passed around to multiple people and been lied to a few times about the issue being a “local tax” issue I’ve requested each time to speak to someone higher up and then the chat has just been dropped or I’ve been left in transfer for like 7 hours all together the issue I’m having is with the current stack and save deal so I put two things in my basket that come up to the 40% off and it even gives me the confetti to say I’ve unlocked the discount and then I go to check out and no discounts are applied both packs are currently £15.74 and the total is showing £31.48 and it even says my 10% ea discount has been applied but that hasn’t been applied I’ve done all the math on this and it’s no where near I’ve been told that one of the rules is you can’t have multiple discounts together but why put stuff on 50% and then add them to a further discount of 40% and tell customers that it’s been unlocked when it hasn’t can someone please help me I don’t want to do another full night of talking to people that say they can help but then nothing happens and when I try to escalate it I get told it’s more than likely no one’s going to review this
